How durable is Wicked Ball?
The material that we used on the inner layer of our outer shell is PC, therefore, the hardness is relatively high. For the outer layer, we use TPU, therefore, relatively soft but also has a protective effect on pets. We have tested Wicked Ball on more than 100 dogs and cats to test all aspects of biting, gnawing and scratching. Eventually, Wicked Ball has passed the tests (for heavy chewer, bite marks may occur).

How to clean Wicked Ball?
Wicked Ball is waterproof and can be cleaned directly under tightening conditions. While, we need to make it clear that, the core of Wicked Ball is not waterproof. It can NOT be cleaned. Normally it will not be dirty under closed space. But if it is dirty, you may wipe it directly with simply a paper towel.

Is Wicked Ball waterproof?
We tested Wicked Ball with IPX67 standard and it worked well. Under the condition of tightening Wicked Ball, it can be soaked in water directly or even run directly in water. You may play with your puppy in water as well.

How long does the battery last?
The playtime depends on Wicked Ball and pets’ interaction time. In some situations, the maximum playtime could be up to 8 hours. Please refer to our campaign pitch for more details.

Whether Wicked Ball could run well on the carpets?
Wicked Ball can run easily on normal carpets. For some thick carpets, it will attract pets’ attention by twisting and rolling.

No. But there is a small place, which is designed for placing pet food. It is designed to attract lazy pets who are sensitive to food.

My pet is shy, how should I introduce the Wicked Ball?
No problem! Here’s what we recommend: 1) Place the Wicked Ball on the ground so your pet can walk up to it and give it a sniff anytime. 2) Allow your pet to get used to Wicked Ball. Some pets love it right away, while others may take a couple of days to get familiar with a Wicked Ball. 3) Give your pet lots of love and encouragement. Repeat until your pet is comfortable.

How to charge the Wicked Ball?
To charge the Wicked Ball you need to take the Wicked Core Out (removing the outer shell). You need to charge it when the LED indicator is flashing Red or is still off. After plugging the Ball into a USB power socket the Yellow indicator will light up showing that it’s charging. When the Green indicator lights up it means the charging is complete.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
